Transient hypotension(withi.v.inj). Headache,nausea, skin rash.
Contra-Indications:
Hypersensitive to the drug.Pregnancy,lactation.
Special precautions:
1st trimester of pregnancy,patients with acute porphyria.
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Menorrhagia
Control of hemorrhage after surgery
Adult- 250 - 500mg every 6 hours as needed.
May also be given via IV/IM inj
