Adverse Reaction:
Drowsiness, asthenia, Increased appetite Dry mouth Diarrhoea, Dyspepsia, headache
Contra-Indications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug Concomittant admin with macrolide antibiotics or systemic imidazole antifungals Significantly impaired hepatic function
Clinically significant cardiac diiseases or a history of symptomatic arrhthmias QT prolongation or with electrolyte imbalance in particular hypokalemia
Clinically significant bradycardia
Use of drugs known to prolong QT intervals -such a class I and III anti-aarhthmics Pregnancy Lactation
Special precautions
Elderly, Diabetes
