Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Allergic conditions
Dosage-
Adults- 25 to 50mg every 4 to 6 hours As little as 25mg may control symptoms: as much as 600mg daily may be given in divided doses
Children and infants- 5mg/kg/day or 150mg/m2 day divided into 4 to 6 doses
Maximum daily dose is 300mg/day Sustained release - Adults- 100mg in the morning and evening. In difficult cases 100mg every 8 hours may be required Children- do not use in children
