Inflammation and irritation if applied to normal skin, hypersensitivity, purple brown staining of skin.

Hypersensitivity, psoriasis.

Special precautions:

Psoriasis of face and flexures, neonates.

Indications: Psoriasis

Dosage: Appy as a thin layer to the affected areas.

Pharmacology: Anthralin reduces the miotic rate; in vitro evidence suggests that antralins antimiotic effect result from inhibition of DNA synthesis.

Not known

Pregnancy: Not Known whether antralin can cause fetal harm. Administer only if needed.

Lactation: Administer with caution Children: Safety and efficacy have not been established.
