Adverse Reaction:
Local irritation and sensitivity (rare). Application to large areas of denuded skin may produce systemic effects due to iodine absorption.
Contra-Indications:
Hypersens. Prolonged use in patients with thyroid disorders Premature neonates or neonates weighing < 1.5kg Special precautions: Avoid eyes, should not be used under occlusive dressing.
