Indication:
Contact dermatitis Atopic dematitis Psoriasis Eczema
Adverse Reaction:
Prolonged application causes epidermal thinning, telangectasia,straie (especially face and flexures).
Application on eyelids and surrounding skin can raise intraocular pressure, cataract, glaucoma, corneal ulcers and raised intracranial pressure.
Systemic absorption with adrenal suppression may be seen when applied to large areas, when skin is broken or under occlusive dressing.
Contra-Indications:
Primary infections(viral,fungal,bacterial),ulcers,hypersens acne
Special precautions:
Neonates, children, elderly, hepatic failure.
