Drug Interaction:
Enhanced action of anticoagulants leading to increased risk of haemorrhage.
Interferes with diabetic control,reduction in hypoglycaemic requirements.
Potentiates action of corticosteroids.
Drugs which induce liver enzyme (Rifampicin) may reduce effect of clostebol.
Indication:

Adverse Reaction:
Development of hepatic malignancies, exaceberation of Ca prostate
Retension of sodium, nitrogen and wateroedema, increased vascularity of skin hypercalcemia, impaired glucose tolerance increased bone growth and skeletal weight.
Excessive sexual stimulation.
Gynaemastia in males, amenhorrea and virilism in females.
Liver toxicity include chloestatic jaundice,decreased HDL, increased LDL and fibrinolytic activity.
Topically: Sensitisation.
Contra-Indications:
Prostatic carsinoma, Ca breast inmales, pregnancy, lactation, children, cardiac failure.
Special precautions:
CVS disorders, renal/hepatic dysfunction, epilepsy, diabetes.
