Alkylating Agents Include-

 Mechlorethamine ,Chlorambucil, Melphalan, Ifosamide,Cyclophosphamide, Urasil Mustard, Lomustine, Carmustine, Streptozocin, Thiotepa, Busulfan, Pipobroman, Cisplatin, Carboplatin

 

Cisplatin +

  Zalcitabine

 these drugs are associated with peripheral neuropathy Avoid concomittant use when possible

 Topotecan

 myelosuppression is more severe when toptecan was given in combination with cisplatin. There are no adequate data to define a safe and effective regimen for topotecan and ciplatin in combination

 Tacrolimus

 potential for additive or synergistic impairment of renal function Take care while administering tacrolimus with these drugs
