Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Indication-
Prostatic carcinoma
Dosage-
By slow i,v. injection - 600 - 1200mg daily for at least 5 days
Maintenance 300mg 1-4 times weekly
Tablets -
Maintenance - initially upto 240mg 3 times daily for 7 days then reduce over 14 days to
120- 360mg daily in divided doses
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use contraindicated. Observe caution
