Plaque vaccine +
Typhoid vaccine + Plague vaccine or Plaque + Typhoid vaccine
when practical, plague vaccine should not be given on the same
occassion as AKD and H-P typhoid vaccines to avoid the possibility
of accentuated side effects.
Adverse Reaction:
Mild adverse reactions- General malaise, headache, fever, mild lymphadenopathy, erythema, and induration at injection site, sterile abcess, urticarial and asthmatic phenomena ( infrequent )
Contra-Indications:
Hypersensitivity to vaccines, including beef protein, soy, casein , sulfite, phenol, formaldehyde Patients with history of serious adverese reactions (m anaphylaxis, or seizures ) to plaque vaccines should not revaccinated

PLAGUE VACCINE - Systemic
1.Allergies-
Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to
plague vaccine. Also tell your healthcare care professional if you are
allergic to any other substances such as foods. preservatives or dyes.
2.Pregnancy-
Studies have not been done in either humans or animals.
3. Breast-feeding-
This medicine has not been reported to cause any problems in nursing
babies.
4.Children-
Studies of this medicine has been done only in adult patients between the
ages of 18 and 61, and there is no specific information comparing use of
plaque vaccine in children with use in other age groups.
5.Older adults-
Although there is no specific information comparing use of plaque vaccine
in the elderly with use in other age groups, this medicine is not expected to
cause different side effects or problems in older people than in adults.
6. Other medicines-
Tell your doctor if you are using any other prescription or non-prescription
(Over-the counter) OTC medicine.
7. Other medical problems-
Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems
especially-
Previous sensitivity reaction to plaque vaccine - use of plaque vaccine
is not recommended
Severe illness with fever- the symptoms of the condition may be confused
with the side effects of the vaccine
