Abdominal pain Bloating Flatulence
Dosage-
One capsule 100mg t.i.d. at meals for not not more than six weeks .
In severe or resistent patients, the dosage can safely be increased uo to two capsules 200mg b.i.d. In elderlt patients the dosage should not exceed 100mg t.i.d.
Pharmacology/ Pharmacokinetics:
Pharmacology-
Fenoverine is non-anticholinergic synchronizer of smooth muscle motility. Its action is due to modulation of the calcium gradient across the cell membrane by regulating the influx of the extracellular calcium and /or the release of the intracellular pool.
Therefore, fenoverine effectively inhibits the asynchronous spasmodic contractions , without appreciable interferences with the physiological synchronous motilty of the intestine.

Use contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation
