Adverse Reaction:
Transcient pain Swelling, Heat redness and infection at inj site Very rarely- allergic type reactions
Contra-Indications:
Venous or lymphatic stasis of the leg Infected or severely inflammed joints Large joint effusions Intra-vascular , extra-vascular injection Injection into synovium capsule Hypersensitivity to avian protein infection skin disease or severe inflammation at inj site Special Precautions Reduce joint effusion prior to injection Pregnancy Lactation

Indication-
Osteoarthritis of knee and hip
Dosage-
Knee - 1x 2ml intra-articular injection of the knee joint at weekly intervals for 3 weeks Treatment may be repeated as necessary with minimum intervals of 4 weeks between courses
Max 6 inj inany 6 mths period Hip - 1x2ml initially single intra-articular injection of the hip If necessary administer second inj 3 mths later Not recommended for patients below 18 years
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use contraindicated. Observe caution
