Indication:
Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency
Adverse Reaction:
Hypersensitivity
Rash, sneezing, lactrimation, diarrhea, nausea,
abdominal discomfort
Buccal and perianal irritation
Skin reactions Hyperuricosuria,
hyperurecemia with very high doses
Contra-Indications:
Acute pancreatitis, acute attacks of chronic pancreatitis
Special precautions:
Recovery phase of pancreatitis
Maintain adequate hydration
Review patients who develop unsual abdominal symptoms especially if taking more than 10,000 units of Lipase /kg daily to exclude colonic damage
Clotting abnormalites
Pregnancy, lactation

Indication -
Panceatic exocrine insufficiency
Dosage-
1 tab swallowed whole daily after meals In severe cases higher dose may be required
Interaction with Food:
Tablet to be swallowed whole daily after meals
