Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Treatment of edema
Usual dose - 1 to 4 mg daily or intermittantly by mouth
Treatment of hypertension-
Usual dose- 2 to 4mg daily, either alone or in conjuntion with other antihypertensives.
In some patients 1mg daily may be adequate In children over 6mths of age a dose of 70ug per kg body weight daily in one ot two dose has been used
