Contra-Indications:
Levodropropirazine should be avoided in patients with bronchorrhea, reduced mucociliary function and severe impairment.

Pharmacology-
Levodropropizine , a phenylpiperazinopropane derivative is the (-) enantiomer of dropropazine. Levodropropizine is very active peripheral acting antitissive effecting in reducing cough in patients with chronic or acute bronchitis.
