Not recommended for use in Children
Adult- 15 to 40mg divide into 3 or 4 doses. May increase to 60mg /day.
Doses above 60mg/ day are not recommended. Make any increase in the morning dose.
Elderly and Adolescent patients - 5mg 3 times a day, increase gradually. In elderly, momitor cardiovascular system closely if dose exceeds 20mg/day
