Special precautions/Warnings-
Patients transferred to human insulin should be adviced that the early warning symtoms
of hypoglycemia may be less pronounced than with insulins from an animal source
Change in strength, brand, type, origin and or method of manufacture may require
change in dosage.
Dose changes may be required with infectin, stress, excercise , trauma, surgery,
and at puberty
Renal or hepatic impairment,
Pregnancy, lactation

Diabetes
Dosage-
By s.c. inj continous s.c.infusion or if necessary by i.m. or i.v. infusion
Dosage according to requirements-
May be given shortly before or soon after meals.
Onset within 15 min. duration approx. 2-5 hrs.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Excercise caution if needed to be administered during pregnancy and lactation
