electrons within the mitochondrial oxidative repiratory chain whose main function is adenosine
triphosphate production. Co Q 10 also appears to increase adenosine triphophate levels
by preventing the loss of adenosine nucleotide from cardiac cells.

Vitamin E is a strong anti-oxidant and demonstrates greater defensive action against
oxidative action against stress and lipid peroxidation. Vitamin E mops up peroxide
radicals and then restores the steady state situation by acquiring reduced hydrogen
