Dosage-
A total of endrophonium 1mg/kg should rarely be exceeded.
Usual dosage- dosages of edrophonium range from 0.05 to 1.1mL/kg given intravenosly IV
slowly over 45 seconds to 1 minute at a point of at least 5% recovery of twitch response to
neuromuscular stimulants (95% block )
The dose delivered is endrophonium 0.5 to 0.1mg/kg and atropine 0.007 to 0.014mg/kg
