Dosage-
For extended release tablets
Take with food water or milk to minimize gastric irritation. Swallow whole, do not crush

Adults and children older than 12 years of age-
1 or 2 tablets ( 6mg to 12mg ) every 12 hours

Children - 6 to 12 years-  1 tablet (6mg ) every 12 hours

Tablets chewable-
Adults and children over 12 years and older-  1 or 2 tablets ( 12 to 24mg ) every 12 hours,
upto 48mg in 24 hours

Children - 6 to younger than 12 years - 1/2 to 1 tablet ( 6mg to 12mg) every 12 hours
upto 12mg in 24 hours

Capsules, extended release -
Adults and children over 12 years- 1 to 2 capsules ( 12 to 24mg) once daily

Children  6 to younger than 12 years-
1 capsule 12mg once daily
