Severe hepatic impairment, Biliary obstructive disorders

Special precautions-
Hepatic insufficiency , Biliary obstructive , renal impairment
Renaly artery stenosis.
Correct volume depletion before initiating treatment
Monitor serum K levels regularly, especially in elderly and renally impaired patients
