Adverse Reaction:
Side effects-
Nausea, vomiting, constipation, dyspepsia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, dizziness,
headache, paresthesia, tremor, malaise, insomnia, anxiety, urinary tract infection.
back pain, less commonly seizures
Contra-Indications:
History of seizure (discontinue treatment if seizures occur)
Cautions-
Predisposiion to seizures including conco-symptomatic cardiac rhythm disorders,
interactions
Renal treatment-
Avoid eGFR less than 80mL/minute/1.73m2
