Indications-
treatment and prophylaxis of haemorrhage in patients with
haemophilia A or B with inhibitors to factor VIII or IX acquired
haemophilia factor VII deficiency or Glanzmanns thrombobasthema
Adverse Reaction:
Side effects-
less commonly- fever, venous thrmboembolic events
(including deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism)
rash,
rarely- nausea, angina headache, arterial thrombotic events
(including myocardial infarction and ceebrovascular accidents
coagulation disorders,
also reported flushing, angioedema, anaphylaxis
Contra-Indications:
Cautions-
risk of thrombosis or desseminated intravascular coagulation
