Drug Interaction:
Enhances effects of drugs having anticholinergic action.
Camylofin inj must be administered with caution in patients taking amantadine, quinidine and tricyclic antidepresants
Indication:
Spasmodic pains in g.i. , billiary tract, urogenital tracts
Dysmenorrhoea
Adverse Reaction:
Injections may cause skin rashes, other allergic reactions and infrequently atropine-like effects.
Haemotological changes
Risk of heptotoxicity among chronic heavy alcohol user
Hepatotoxicity (overdosages only)
Contra-Indications:
Hypersens.
Narrow angle glaucoma
Prostatic hypetrophy
Mechanical stenosis of g-i tract
Tachydysarrythmias Megacolon, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis
Special precautions:
Camylofin inj should be co-adsministered with care in thyrotoxicosis,
Obstructive airway disease, during
Cardiac surgery, elderly and those with fever
Pregnancy, lactation
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Indication-

Dosage-
1 tab 2-3 times daily or as required
Interaction with Food:
Not reported.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
Observe caution if use is needed
