Indication:
Moderate to severe pain

Sedation, dizziness, Nausea, vomiting Psychotomimetics effects Dependence, sweating, tachycardia Hypertension, Local tissue damage Rash, haemotological changes Risk of hepatotoxicity among chronic heavy alcohol users Hepatotoxcity ( overdosage only) Sprorts events- Resricted/banned
Contra-Indications:
Head injury or pathological brain condition Raised intracranial pressure. Narcotic dependence Acute bronchial asthma Respiratory depression Heart failure secondary to chronic lung disease Acute alcholism
Special precautions-
Thyroid, pitutiary disorders Previous narcotics MAOI . History of seizures, biliray surgery Acute MI . Inflammatory or bowel disorders. Prostatic hypertrophy. Porphyria.
Elderly. Renal , hepatic or respiratory impairment. Pregnancy, lactation. Phaeocromocytoma, cholescystis, pancreatitis Undiagnosed abdominal pain
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Moderate to severe pain
Dosage-
1-2 tabs 3 times daily
Pregnancy and lactation:
Contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation Observe caution if required to be used
