Dosage:
The lethal dose orphendrine in adults is 2 to 3g Oral- 100mg each morning and evening. Do not crush or chew sustained release. Parentral- 60mg IV or IM. may be repeated every 12 hours..
Overdosage-

Missed dose-
1. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible.
2. However, if it is almost time for next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
3. Do not double doses.

1.May cause drowsiness, blurred vision or fainting. Observe caution while driving or performing tasks requiring alertness,coordination or physical dexterity.
2. Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants.
3.May cause dry mouth, difficult urination, constipation, headache and GI upset. Notify physician if these persists or if skin rash or itching, rapid heart rate, palpitation or mental confusion occurs.
4. Allergy- Tell your doctr if you hadany unusual reactionto orphenadrine,food substances, preservatives, dyestuffs etc.
5. Pregnancy- Oephendrine hasnot been reported to cause birth defects or other problems in humans.
6. Breast feeding- Not known whether orphenadrine passes into breast milk. Not reported to cause problems in nursing babies.
7. Children- Studies done only in adults. No specific information comparing use of orphenadrine in children with use in other age groups.
8. Older adults- No specific information comparing use of orphenadrine in elderly
9. Other medicines- Tell your doctor if you taking any of the following- Alcohol or Central nervous system depressants or Tricyclic antidepressant - chance of side effects may be increased

Other medical problems- Tell your doctor if you have any of the following medicial problems- Disease of digestive tract -osephagus disease,stonachulcer,or intestinal blockage Enlarged prostrate or Fast or irregular heart beat or Glaucoma or Myasthenia gravis or Urinary tract blockage -orphenadrine has side effects that may be harmful to people with these conditions Heart disease or Kidney disease or Liver disease -chance of side effects may be increased

12. Storage - Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat or direct sunlight. Do not store the capsule in bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in other damp places.
13. Outdated medicines - Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed. Be sure that any discarded medicine is out of reach of children.
