Dosage:
Adults- Preoperative sedation- 200 to 300mg 1 or 2 hours before surgery. Bedtime hynotic- 100mg
Children- preoperative sedation- 2 to 6mg/kg(max 100mg) Elderely - reduce dosage Hepatic/renal impairment- reduce dosage
