Contra-Indications:
Renal function impairment- In patients with renal function impairment, use isocarboxazid cautiously to prevent accumulation Isocarboxazid is contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment
Hepatic function impairment- Do not use isocarboxzid in patients with a history of liver disease, or abnormal liver function tests

Depression
Dosage-
Adults max dose 60mg/day Initial 10mg twice daily Dosage may be increased by increments of 10mg every 2 to 4 days to acheive 40mg daily by end of first week treatment
