Indication- Paraoxynocturnal hemglobinuria- for treatment of patients with to reduce hemolysis

WARNING

SERIOUS MINIINGOCOCAL INFECTION- Eculizumnab increasae the risk of meningococcal infection

Vaccinatew patients with meningococcal vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to receiving the first dose.

Monitor patients foe earlt signs of minogococcal infection 

Prior to treatment patients shoulkd fully understand the risks and benefits of meningococcal infection.

Inform patients that they are required to eceive minogococcal vccine atleast 2 weeks prior to reeiving the first dose it they had been previously vaccinated.

Inform atients that ther is a potential when eculizumab is discontinued and they will be monitored by their healthcare provider. for at least 8 weeks following discontonuation
