Indication:
Symptomatic relief of nausea and vomiting
Adverse Reaction:
Large doses of fructose can cause abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Contra-Indications:
None indicated Special precautions: Nausea- may signal a serious condition. Diabetes patients should avoid these preparations. Heridity fructose intolerance- individuals with this condition should avoid these preparations

Indications:
Symptomatic relief of nausea and vomiting
Dosage:
Do not dilute. Do not take oral fuids immediately before the dose or atleast 15 minutes after the dose. Infants and children- 5 to 10ml at 15 minutes interval until vomiting ceases. Do not take for more than 1 hour )5 doses. Adults- 15 to 30ml in same manner. If first is rejected, resume same dosage schedule in 5 minutes

Hyperosmolar carbohydrate solutions with phosphoric acid relieve nausea and vomiting by a direct local action on the wall of GI tract that reduces smooth muscle contraction and delays gastric emptying time in direct proportion to the amount used.
