Adverse Reaction:
Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, minor g-i upsets Confusion, drowsiness, Hypothermia, dyskinesias, Occasional changes in liver function. Increased libido
Contra-Indications:
Hypersensitivity, cardiovascular collapse, AMI, pregnancy, acute myocardial infarction
Special precautions:
Not to administer concurrently with central dopamine antagonists, lactation
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Parkinsons disease
Dosage-
In monotherapy 1-4 tabs daily dependending on patients response in divided doses with meals Increase in dosage by 1 tab should be done at weekly intervals in combination with other antiparkinsonian agent, the dosage can be reduced
