Adjunct to cortical myoclonus
Adverse Reaction:
Hyperknesia, nervousness depression, diarrhoea, rashes CNS stimulation,sleep disturbances, dizziness and excitement. insomnia, somlolence, weight gain
Contra-Indications:
Hepatic and severe renal impairment Pregnancy and lactation. Special precautions: Avoid abrupt withdrawal Impaired renal & hepatic function. Cardiac disorders. Haemostatic disorders Patiets who have recently undergone major surgery Elderly

Dosage-
Adult- 7.2 g daily in 2-3 divided doses increased by 4.8g/day every 3-4 days max dose 20g daily
