Potentiated by other antispasmodics,some antihistamines,phenothiazines, disopyramide and quinidine. Delayed gastric emptying reduces absorption of other drugs.

Rare arrhythmias.Dry mouth, blurring of vision, difficulty in swallowing, talking, constipation, urinary retension, glaucoma.

Glaucoma,BHP, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis, ulcerative colitis. Special precautions: Children, elderly, CVS disease, thyrotoxicosis, hypertension.
