Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Streptococcocal infection-Moderately severe infections of the upper respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue infection,
Dosage-
Adults- 125mg to 500mg 4 times a day, in renal impairment ( creatinine clearance < 10ml/min ) Do not exced 250mg every 6 hours
Children - 25 to 50 mg /kg in divided doses every 6 to 8 hours
