Bronchitis
Streptococcocal infections
Adverse Reaction:
GI disturbances, pruritus, urticaria, erthema,
exfoliative dermatitis,
Rashes, fever, joint pain, eosinophillia,
Bronchial asthma, Angioneurotic edema,
Hemolytic anemia serum sickness,
CNS effects, like hyperactivity, agitation, insomnia,
Anxiety, behaviuoral changes, confusion,
dizziness and convulsions
Anaphylactic reactions
Contra-Indications:
Peniciilin allergy
Special precautions-
Allergy to cephalosporins, Infectious mononucleosis, Neonates with jaundice,
History of convulsions,
Lactation
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Indication-
Bronchitis Streptococcocal infections
Dosage-
1 cap 4 times daily. In severe infections dose can be increased
