Alcohol increases risk of hepatitis.

Occassiuoal damage to optic nerve
Convulsions or psychoses
Blood dyscrasis
Rheumatic syndrome
LE- like signs
Mild CNS syndrome
Dermatitis
Joint pain
Pyridoxine defeciency
Contra-Indications:
Optic neuritis
Liver damage
Susceptibility to epilepsy
Special precautions-
Test visual functions before treatment is started,monthly f dose exceeds 15mg/kg
Gout
Impaired renal or hepatic function
Monitor blood function in long term use
Chronic alcoholism
Convulsive disorders
Diabetes
Increased risk of liver damage with increasing age
Pregnancy,
Lactation
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Tuberculosis
1 tab daily
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use contraindicated
Observe caution if required to be administered during pregnancy or lactation
