Refer - Glycopyrrolate
Additive effect with amantadine,some antihistamines, phenothiazines,and tricylic antidepressants. Due to reduction in gastric motility reduced absorption of other drugs.
Indication:
Adjunct therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer.

Adverse Reaction:
Arrhythmias,severe intoxifications,CNS depression,coma,circulatory and respiratory failure.
Drying of mouth,difficulty in talking,swallowing,thirst,reduced bronchial secretion,
blurring of vision,tachycardia,constipatiion,retension of urine,vomiting,confusion, giddiness.
Contra-Indications:
BHP,paralytic ileus,obstruction in GIT/urinary outflow.
Special Precautions:
Children,elderly,glaucoma,thyrotoxicosis,cardiac disease.
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Indications:
Adjunct therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
Dosage:
Adults- 5mg every 12 hours,10mg twice daily as required.
Children- not for use in children less than 12 years old.
