Dosage:
Metabolically stable adults- 20 to 120mcg/day.
Defiency state - 163mcg/day for 21 days
Overdosage- Gout like syndrome with increased blood levels of molybdenum , uric acid and xanthine oxidase

1.Allergies-
Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to
Molybedenum. Also tell your healthcare care professional if you are allergic to
any other substances such as foods. preservatives or dyes.
2.Pregnancy-
Taking large amounts of dietary supplements in pregnancy may be harmful
to the mother and/ot fetus and should be avoided
3. Breast-feeding-
Taking large amounts of dietary supplements while breast-feeding may be
harmful to the baby and should be avoided
4.Children-
Problems in children have not been reported with intake of normal daily
recommeneded amounts.
5.Older adults-
Problems in older adults have not been reported with normal daily recommended
amounts.
6. Other medicines-
Tell your doctor if you are using any or /other prescription or
non-prescription (Over-the counter) OTC medicine.
7. Other medical problems-
Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems
especially-
Copper deficiency -Molybdenium may make this condition worse
Kidney disease or
Liver disease - these conditions may cause higher blood levels of
molybdenium which may increase the chance of unwanted effects
