Adverse Reaction:
Nasal drops:
Nasal discomfort, rebound congestion, sneezing, blurred vision, headache, light-headedness, palpitations, insomnia, nervousness.
Eye drops:
Discomfort, stinging,dryness of eye.
Contra-Indications:
Narrow angle glaucoma,occular infection, concurrent MAOIs & tricyclic antidepressant therapy. Hypersens to any of the components, atrophic rhinitis.
Special precautions:
Prolonged use, cardiac disorders. Pregnancy and lactation.

Indications:
Nasal decongestant Dosage: Adults and children over 6 years- 2 to 4 drops of 0.1% soln in each nostril every 3 to 4 hours as needed.
Children
2 to 6 years- 2 to 3 drops of 0.05% soln in each nostril every 4 to 6 hours.
