Depression

Dosage-

Not recommended for use in children < 12 years of age Adults - 150mg /day ( outpatients ) and 225mg/day ( hospitalised patients)

May be given as a single dose or in divided doses Therapeutic effects are seen within 3 to 7 days although 2 to 3 weeks are usally necessary
