Indication:
Primary Raynauds syndrome
Adverse Reaction:
Side effects-
Nausea, diarhea, flushing, headache, dizziness, hepatic reactions
including cholestatic jaundice, and hepatitis reported to CSM
Contra-Indications:
Active liver disease
Cautions-
Diabetes mellitus
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Indication-
Primary Raynauds syndrome
Dosage-
Initially 40mg 4times daily, increased to 80mg 4 times daily
If poor initial response, discontinue after 2 weeks.
Discontinue after 2 weeks if no response
