Anaphylaxis.
Flatulance and distention, hypersensitivity (rhinitis, wheezing brochiospasm and urticaria). Lower serum cholestrol levels.
Long term use can cause electrolye excretion or melanosis coli ( benign )
Contra-Indications:
Hypersensitivity,intestinal obstruction,colonic atony.
Special precautions:
Sufficient fluids should be taken.
