Intermediate or long half life agents - Esazolam, Flurazepam, Quazepam

Erythromycin
Triazolam bioavailabilty increased resulting in CNS depression
Trolenadomycin
riazolam bioavailaity increased resulting in increased depression
+Tirazolam
Itraconazole
coadmin resulted in elevated plasma levels of midazolam or triazolam. Should not
be used concurrently
Indinavir
indinavir could result in inhibition of the metabolism of these drugs
and create the potential for serious life-threatening events.
Indinavir should not be administered concurrently with any of these
agents

Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Insomnia Anxiety
Dosage: Adults: 0.125mg to 0.5mg before bed time. Elderly or debilitated: 0.125mg to 0.25mg. Initiate with 0.125mg until individual response is determined.
