1.Allergies-
Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to
Manganese. Also tell your healthcare care professional if you are allergic
to any other substances such as foods. preservatives or dyes.
2.Pregnancy-
It is important that you receive enough vitamins and minerals when you become
pregnant and that you continue to receive the right amounts throughout your
pregnancy.
However, taking large amounts of dietary supplements may be harmful to the
mother and /or fetus and should be avoided.
3. Breast-feeding-
It is important that you receive enough vitamins and minerals so that your
baby also get the vitamins and minerals needed to grow properly.
However, taking large amounts of dietary supplements while breast-
feeding may be harmful to the mother and /or fetus and should be avoided.
4.Children-
Problems in children have not been reported with intake of normal daily
recommended dose.
5.Older adults-
Problems in children have not been reported with intake of normal daily
requirements.
6. Other medicines-
Tell your doctor if you are using any other prescription or
non-prescription (Over-the counter) OTC medicine.
7. Other medical problems-
Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems
especially-
Billiary disease or
Liver disease - taking maganese supplements may cause high blood
levels of manganese and the dosage of manganese may have to
be changed
