Adverse Reaction:
GI upset, Headache, Transcient reduction in plasma creatinine levels
Contra-Indications:
Pregnancy Lactation Special precautions- Severe hepatic impairment, cholestatisis hypersensitivity to tetracyclines Intestinal perforation Sepsis/ shock Avoid sun, UV light Hospital acquired pneumonia Labour and delivery

Indication-
For Skin & Skin Structure Infection & Abdominal Infection

Dosage-
Intiatilly 10mg by i.v. infusion over 30-60 minutes , then every 12 hours for 5-14 days
Pregnancy and lactation:
Contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation Observe caution, if required to be administered
