Colistin sulphate+
Colistin sulpate and sodium colimethate + Pancuronium
Parentral/intraperitoneal administration of high doses of antibiotics produce neuromuscular block on its own. If these agents are used preoperatively or in conjunction with pancuronium during surgery, unexpected prolongation of neuromuscular block
is a possibility
Colistin and sodium colisthemate + Vecuronium
parentral/intraperitoneal admininistration of of high doses of certain antibiotics may intensify or produce neuromuscular blockade on their own. If these are newly introduced are used with vercuronium during surgery, consider the possibilty of unexpected prolongation of neuromuscular block
