Indication-
Parkinson disease

Dosage-
The actual dosage must be determined by careful titration in each patient
Levodopa/carbidopa/ entacaprone are available in 6 strengths each with in a 1 to 4 ratio of carbidopa/
levodopa  and combined with entacapone in a 200mg in a standard release formulation

Maximum dose- experience with daily doses above entacapone 1600mg is limiited.
It is recommended that no more than 1 carbidopa/levodopa/entacapone combination
is taken at each dosing administration.

Because there is limited experience with total daily doses of carbidopa greater than 300mg,the
maximum recommended daily dose of carbidopa 50mg, levodopa 200mg and entcapone 200mg
combnation is 6 tablets/day
