Indication-
Hypoestrogenism

Dosage-
Use of estrogen alone or in  combination wirh progestin should be limited to the lowest effective
dose available and to the shortest duration consistent with treatment goals and the risk for the
individual woman

Patients should be started at the lowest dose.

One 0.625mg /2.5mg tablet onnce daily , can increase to 0.625mg/5mg once daily

Monitoring-
For woman who have a uterus , adequate diagnostic measures such as endometrial sampling
when indicated should be undertaken to rule out malignancy in case of undiagnosed persistent
or recurring abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Patients should be evaluated for breast abnormalities in accodance with good clinical practice
