INDICATION- TYPE 2 DIABETES MELITUS      

Indication-
Type II Diabetes not responsive to diet

Dosage-
Dosage should be individualized.

Repagalinide can be administered 2 to 3 times daily up to a maximum daily dose of repagalinde
10mg/metformin 2500mg.
No more than reglitinide 4mg/ metformin 1000mg should be taken per meal 

Initiation and maintenace of combination therapy should be individualized

Patients inadequately controlled with metformin monotherapy-
Recommended starting dose is repalglinide/metformin is 1mg/metformin 500mg administered
twice daily with meals, with gradual escalation based on glycemic response to reduce risk of
hypoglycemia with repaglinide
