Dosage-
Adult- one tablet ( containing emtricitabrine 200mg/tenofovir 300mg ) taken orally once daily
with or without food
Renal function impairment - dosing interval of emicitabine /tenofovir should be adjusted
in patients with baseline creatinine clearance CrCl of 30 to 49mL/min.
Routine monitoring of caculated CrCl and serun phosphorus should be performed in
patients with mild renal function impairment
